The Lecturer in Ethics will teach primarily ethics, across all levels of the undergraduate philosophy curriculum. The successful candidate should also be able to contribute to some or all of the School’s other teaching needs in philosophy, which include the history of philosophy and core courses in the PPE degree. As this is a combined teaching/research position, the post-holder will contribute to UNSW’s research profile through the production of high-quality research; the post-holder’s specialist area of research could be any area of ethics, including historical approaches.
