There is no cost for undergraduates who are AAP members attending the Undergraduate Winter School, a one day hybrid event. More information HERE.

Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Rules:

1. Any delegate with an outstanding fee balance on June 14 will have their abstract removed from the program.

2. All registrations made on or after June 28 must be paid in full at time of registration, unless prior arrangement made.

3. Cancellations up to and including June 28 will be entitled to a full refund of the conference fee minus membership fee.

4. Cancellations from June 29 up to and including July 5 are entitled to a 50% refund conference fee minus membership fee.

5. Cancellations on or after July 6 will not receive any refund.
