The Australasian Society for Continental Philosophy provides a broad intellectual forum for scholars working within or in communication with continental philosophy and European philosophical traditions. We welcome proposals for papers, panels and streams from scholars working in any discipline, from diverse backgrounds, and at any stage of their career.
The 2025 annual conference will be held in person as part of the Congress of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CHASS) at the University of Melbourne from the 24th to the 26th of November. The conference program will also include an online day, preceding the in-person schedule that will be held on the 21st of November.
Keynote Speakers:
Eleanor Kaufman (University of California, Los Angeles)
Christopher Mayes (Deakin University)
Magdalena Zolkos (University of Jyväskylä)
There will also be a plenary panel on the work of Marguerite La Caze (University of Queensland).
Deadline for abstract submissions: 31 August.
