REGISTER

This year's conference is offered fully hybrid, with all sessions streamed.

Schedule includes the Presidential Address on Sunday evening 5 July, followed by four days of papers Monday 6 to Thursday 9, commencing with a Keynote each day at 9am NZT, followed by contributed paper sessions.

For those attending in person, the conference commences with an Opening Reception following the Presidential Address and concludes with the Conference Dinner on Thursday evening. Morning & afternoon refreshments are served each day. Opportunities to engage with Māori culture and explore the Waikato region will be provided, including a Maungatautari visit on 10 July, coinciding with Matariki.

Early bird In Person rate is available until and including Wednesday 10 June.

Early bird Remote rate is available until and including Sunday 28 June.

*Concession 1 Rate:

Masters, PhD Students, Retirees & those in the Australasia & Asia/Pacific region earning above 20K AUD & less than 40K AUD.

**Concession 2 Rate:

Undergraduate Students and those in the Australasia & Asia/Pacific region earning less than 20K AUD.

Non-member rates include the option to take up AAP Membership for a year. To become a member you must agree to the AAP Membership terms. If you do not agree to the membership terms, you may still complete registration and attend the conference at the non-member registration rate, but AAP membership will not be issued.

Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Rules

1. Delegates with outstanding fee balances on June 19 will have their abstract removed from the program.

2. Registrations made on or after June 25 must be paid in full at time of registration, unless prior arrangement made.

3. Cancellations up to and including June 25 are entitled to a full refund of the conference fee minus membership fee.

4. Cancellations from June 26 up to and including July 2 are entitled to a 50% refund conference fee minus membership fee.

5. Cancellations on or after July 3 will not receive any refund.
