2010 AAP NZ Conference
The 2010 conference of the New Zealand Division of the Australasian Association of Philosophy will be held at the University of Waikato, in Hamilton. The conference will begin at 7 p.m. on Sunday December 5 and end at 4 p.m. on Thursday December 9.
Enquiries and offers of papers should be sent to Justine Kingsbury (justinekATwaikato.ac.nz). Abstracts are due by October 29.
Prior to the main conference, on December 5 there will be a mini-conference on virtue ethics and virtue epistemology, starting at 9 a.m. Plenary speakers at the mini-conference will be Heather Battaly (California State University, Fullerton), Rosalind Hursthouse (University of Auckland) and Christine Swanton (University of Auckland). It is likely that the mini-conference will extend into a virtue ethics stream in the main conference on December 6. Offers of papers for the mini-conference should be send to Liezl van Zyl (liezl@waikato.ac.nz): abstracts are due October 1.
