The Australasian Association of Philosophy (AAP) is currently seeking a part-time Project Officer to support the development of our inaugural REFLECT Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the discipline of philosophy by helping to embed Indigenous perspectives across our region.
About the role:
- Part-time: approximately 5 hours per week
- Fixed-term: 10-month contract
- Remote (Australia-based), with occasional travel
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in project coordination, ideally in reconciliation, academia, or not-for-profit sectors
- Have knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and issues
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills
- Have a background or interest in philosophy, Indigenous studies, or a related field
