Policy on thesis editors.

It was agreed that editorial contribution should be limited strictly to matters of English expression, and that a signed statement from an editor to the effect that the contribution was thus limited should be required. However, there was some doubt as to whether it was the place of the Association to promote such a policy, as opposed to the academics (both philosophers and others) within each university.
